Advice for Use

1. Sterilize the menstrual cup before using it for the first time using the sterilizer box. Place the Menstrual Enna Cycle option inside the box with water and leave the lid open.
   Place inside the microwave until the water boils (3 minutes).


2. Remove the sterilization box from the microwave and invert carefully until completely dry.


3. To place the menstrual cup it is necessary to fold it, being able to use different folds - in V, C or S and to apply with the help of the applicator to introduce the menstrual cup.
